Free Shipping within South Africa

We offer complimentary shipping for orders exceeding R650 to customers located in South Africa. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Upon processing, customers will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Please be aware that delivery timeframes may vary based on your specific location.

Please note that all order placed after 16h00 on Fridays, will only be shipped on the following Monday.

For individual orders or purchases valued below R650, the delivery cost will be clearly displayed at checkout on our e-commerce platform prior to payment.

International Shipping

Our products can be shipped worldwide. Free shipping does not extend to destinations outside South Africa. International shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the order’s size, weight, and destination country.

Customs and Taxes

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred. EXODUS IMMUNOLOGY cannot be held accountable for delays related to customs procedures. All additional fees, such as customs taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient.
